Stop Encroachment of Forest land
With the rise of Urbanization and Industrialization in India in the age of globalization, diminishing forest land has become one of the most burning issues of our times. Encroachment of forest land has lead to a greater environmental insecurity in the present scenario. Being deeply concerned over the dwindling forest reserve of India, I believe that strict laws should be made to prevent any further encroachment of the forest land. The new development economic model and the rise of private firms in the process of urbanization and industrialization have been the major factors of large scale encroachment on forest land. Having always had a deep concern for the growing environmental insecurity, I not only raised the issue of the large scale encroachment of forest land in the parliament but also demanded to seek the details of the action taken by the government to stop encroachment of the forest land state wise.
It is the need of the hour to stop encroachment of forest land in order to protect India from the vulnerability of the growing environmental insecurity.
